CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for our time, we request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If a guest has failed to give at least 24 hours, a fee totaling to half of your booked service is required to secure the next appointment. Please provide a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, or there will be a fee*. *if there are extenuating circumstances please let us know, our management will evaluate the situation to see if we can waive the fee.
